Prague, 15 October 2009 – Mr Miroslav Vlasák has become a new Executive of Unipetrol Doprava, he replaces Mr Luboš Kučera, who has resigned.
After the change, Unipetrol Doprava will continue to have three Executives. In addition to the newly appointed Miroslav Vlasák, Miroslav Hajíček and Karel Surma (the Director of the Shared Service Centre of the Unipetrol Group) remain in the positions of Executives.
Mr Vlasák has eleven-year experience in sales and marketing, during eight years of which he occupied top management positions. He comes to Unipetrol from a consultancy firm. He has experience in the retail business of petrol stations and has dealt with preparing sales strategies and logistical concepts. He has worked for Esso, Aral and ČEZ.
Mr Luboš Kučera worked in the Unipetrol Group from 1993 and was an Executive of Unipetrol Doprava from May 2007.
The management of Unipetrol would like to thank Mr Kučera for his contribution to the Group and especially for his achievements in Unipetrol Doprava's development and restructuring.
