Prague, 13 February 2009 – On today’s meeting of the supervisory board of UNIPETROL, a.s. (“SB”), Mr. Marek Serafin resigned from the position of the member of SB and Mr. Arkadiusz Kawecki was coopted a new SB member. Afterwards, Mr. Marek Serafin was elected a new member and vice-chairman of the Board of Directors of UNIPETROL, a.s.
